Shipping and Refunds

CURBSIDE PICKUP--

• No shipping charge, of course.
  
  
• Gift bags with pretty tissue paper are free. Let us know if you want this by calling or e-mailing.

SHIPPING--

• All shipping is via USPS. Items ship the next working day after they are ordered.
  
  
• Shipping is based on weight and package size. Shipping charges are shown in the checkout process.
  
  
• Greeting Cards and Pens ship free when included with another item in an order. You'll get a rebate for the cost of shipping via a refund to your payment method before item is shipped. If you want us to sign the card and include it with a gift package please let us know.
  

REFUNDS --

• For mailed orders refunds are available within 30 days only if product is defective. We like happy customers and we'll go out of our way to make it right.
  
  
• In Store, no refunds unless item is defective. Otherwise, a store credit will be issued if item is returned within 30 days.
